By optimizing the above-mentioned body functions you may be able to increase and improve the possibility to live independently at home as long as possible. The weekly training session also offers the possibility to impart worth, value and fun to physical activities together with contemporaries and to exchange experiences. For people who have fear of falling there is a targeted program called “Looptraining en valpreventie”.
