Personal Training seniors (50+)
There may be personal circumstances which makes participating in group training not as easy as it sounds, for example, because of unavailability for the current training sessions or physical circumstances (illness, chronic disease, burn-out). One to one training may be a more convenient alternative. After an intake, in which we will discuss the desired objectives and test the physical condition, we can start the training program. In order to succeed in the objectives we need total commitment. Not only inside the walls of Fysio & Zo but also in the world outside. We will preferably have a training session once a week.
The session will take 45 minutes. Initially, these training sessions are targeting on people aged over fifty. Exceptions shall be determined in consultation.
