Fysio & Zo “Bewegen voor senioren” is a program that focuses on regaining and accepting the loss of mobility, stamina and independence. By optimizing strength and flexibility as well as improving stamina, you may be able to increase and improve the possibility to live independently at home as long as possible.
The weekly training session also offers the possibility to impart worth, value and fun to physical activities together with contemporaries and to exchange experiences.
